The Well Workplace: Inspiring Workplace Wellness Through Appreciative Inquiry

This Harvest comprises a Success Case Study outlining my experience as a facilitator undertaking an Appreciative Inquiry intervention focused on creating engagement and shared action for change across multiple organisational systems. The specific context of this Success Case Study is the Governor’s Leadership Foundation’s (GLF) Workplace Wellness Think Tank (the ‘Intervention’) conducted from December 2010 to June 2011.
